Communication strategy
Sheepscot develops actionable, personalized communication strategies that help clients achieve their organizational objectives.
mapping the road to success
Sheepscot helps clients build communication plans that deliver immediate impact and lasting results.
Our three-to-five year plans emerge from valuable Discovery work that includes one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, group listening sessions, online surveys, audience research and comprehensive brand audits. Clients include Wallowa Resources and Willamette Partnership and Worksystems (below), among others.
ENGAGING AND EMPOWERING KEY AUDIENCES
Sheepscot Creative designed and led a Discovery process to inform strategies that effectively engage and educate Worksystems’ key audiences, from employers and legislators to career coaches and organizational partners.
Our work included one-on-one interviews; facilitating listening sessions with staff, board and partners; designing a digital survey; performing a brand audit and reviewing extensive industry research.
In addition to strategies, we delivered a comprehensive brand system, style guide, graphic templates and an infographic to help Worksystems’ leadership and staff explain the organization’s role in driving better economic outcomes across greater Portland.
HERE WHEN YOU NEED US
In 2012, Josephine County’s library system hired Sheepscot to develop a communications strategy and a suite of supporting creative materials. We've been serving them ever since, evolving our support to meet the library’s needs over a decade of growth and change.
Recently, as Josephine Community Library (JCL) has faced illegal political maneuvers and even threats of eviction from County Commissioners, the library’s leadership trusted Sheepscot to devise strategies and messaging that helped staff and volunteers respond to questions and accusations.
We continue to advise JCL and the Josephine Community Library Foundation as they advocate for the library, its services and their rightful place in the community.
ready AND RESPONSIVE
When the COVID-19 pandemic threw a wrench into the rollout of our “Drive Like It” campaign for the Portland Bureau of Transportation, we adapted the messaging to roll out in a two-phased approach.
